You notice how whenever there's a big TV finale,

people are really disappointed at the finale.

Almost always.

Almost always, the majority of people are like,

what was that?

It's a weird, Seinfeld thing, Sopranos thing, all these big TV shows.

Really?

That's how it ends.

I think we're all yearning for something to be bigger than that.

I mean, Seinfeld was a show about nothing openly.

Like, it's a classic show about, or just we got nothing to say, really.

And it ended perfectly for that.

Exactly.

We're ending with nothing.

But we want things to end with meaning.

The guy who writes, it's Game of Thrones, George R.R. Martin, disagrees with Tolkien and his worldview. Like, Tolkien's this, I believe, in God and truth and fellowship and friendship and all

this sort of stuff. And Martin's like, I'm not, that's meant, not me.

Well, you can see why Lord of the Rings ends one way and whatever his thing is going to

end another and it's going to leave people going, man, I wish there was something redemptive.
