Let's talk 15 year mortgages, 30 year mortgages, 50 year mortgages, and 300 year mortgages. Exactly. So what do we got? Because we haven't hearing a lot. The president has a new idea and he's like, hey, if you can't afford a home, let's just stretch it out a little bit. Instead of doing a 30 year, let's do a 50 year. I know a lot of people, though, that their homes are already paid off because they did a 15-year loan, not a 50-year loan, right? So I want to get into the numbers that in a second, but I want to zoom out for a minute and talk about a concept that underlies all this. And I think the reason

Don and I both fell in love with real estate. And that's the thing that we were never taught as

kids going from being an earner to an owner. And so if we were at Don and I have been friends

since second grade and us growing up, both of us became earners pretty young. I know you were like 15 or something.

He started working at first cafeteria. I started folding boxes at Pizza Inn around the same time

to earn a little money. I started throwing newspapers when it was 12. What are you talking about?

You're digging fence posts. With the pack on the front and the pack on the back. So when the dogs

chased me, they couldn't get to me because they had a pack of newspapers had to get there. And so both of us became earners and we started earning money, but neither of us really owned anything of value. And that one time that dog chased me and I end up in the cactus and then I ended up a bunch of cactuses in my her. And then I had to go home.

It's the first time my mom saw me naked as a 12-year-old.
