If you listen to last week's episode with Cheryl Crow, then you will know that I was

in Copenhagen recording the little ramble part of the

episode and I am still in Copenhagen not because I've been here for a week but

because I'm cheating and I'm recording two rambles at the same time because my family's about to get out here and I don't want to be burdened with recording the podcast ramble intro stuff okay so give me a break. Anyway since I recorded the Ramble

intro to the Cheryl Crow episode I went for a nice walk around town Copenhagen beautiful city love it here I've always had a lot of fun in Copenhagen

Walked all over the place. I almost bought a Valour Adidas track suit and then I sort of second-guessed my way out of that because I kind of had that

that unless you've got the frame of like Muhammad Ali in 1966, you pretty much have no business in a velour track suit and

uh and I definitely don't have that frame.
