Summary

The Scuffed Top 40 makes its August debut, as we run through a (highly debatable) list of the top 40 players in the USMNT pool if we were to start a World Cup qualifying campaign tomorrow. Then we take listener questions ranging from "what does Earnie Stewart do all day?" to "who is the most overrated player in the pool?" and "what is the point of the U18 men's national team?"
