Sometimes you just got to sing because I am one week removed from being in the hospital.

Now, don't be, like, startled at anything because, as you can see, I'm totally fine.

But I wanted to give you guys a little bit, give you guys a little bit of insight as to why I was missing a few weeks.

And then I'll get into all the happy shit that I've been going through just to get you

guys up to speed about what's been happening in the good brother's life.

So last Sunday, it was just an impromptu barbecue at my man P's house.

Everybody's chilling, cooling, cooling, relaxing. Everybody's chilling, cool and relaxing.

Like, yo, bring some food, I'll grill it all kind of situation.

Went to Seatown, got some chicken wings from the grill up.

People brought some shrimp, some crab meat, burgers, you know, whatever have you, right right it was a dope situation I was

with a lot of homies this last time I took a drink so you know every everything is

going according to plan as the day is going I feel like a little pain in my chest

but I thought it was heartburn due to the barbecue.

So I was ignoring it.

But as the night is going on, the pain is getting progressively worse.

I'm like, God damn, this heartburn's whipping my ass.

So after chilling with everybody and all the other type of shit, I got home at about, I want to say like two in the morning.

After eating and, you know, it was a cheat day.
