Thank you for those of you that wrote us back

or sent us an email answering my question from a few episodes ago about what you wanted to

see more on the podcast. Your information was so helpful to me. And what we found out is that we

don't need to make any changes. That's awesome. We're going to continue to do

both solo episodes and the interviews. I'll probably continue to do that every other one like I have

been. The one thing where actually I got a split where some of you said on the solo episodes, you wished they were longer.

And then there were other people who said, I love that they're short because, you know,

it's like this short little bit of wisdom and I can listen to it when I'm, you know,

putting my makeup on in the morning or whatever.

And then I listen to your guest ones while I'm in the car and that kind of thing. So I was

like, well, I like having, you know, the guest ones that are longer and then my solo ones are
