It is impossible for me to believe that the White House does not have the capacity to go test the waters on the hill,

and to figure out whether or not an authorization to stricodize a swift pass.

It's that they're not even trying.

Whether there may be trial balloons that are being flittered on the hill,

but there's nobody really in the form of putting a potential legislation.

People talk about our potential authorizations that never go anywhere,

it seems to me that nobody from the White House is even trying or even making the effort to go up and find out how would they vote.
