month, our Lord and Savior. I hope everybody liked the last episode of Gerald's Game. And this episode

ties into Gerald's Game today And this episode ties into Gerald's

game today because I talked about how the book that is thrown at the dog in Gerald's game is

Midnight Mass. And the author of said book is the main character that we are going to see in this movie,

which of course we're talking about Hush, which Hush came out in 2016. So this is not the first time that Kate

Siegel, because she plays the main character, this is not the first time that Kate Siegel

and Mike Flanagan worked together. I think the first time they worked together was on Oculus,

which was 2013. And I'm not sure entirely if that's where the two of them met. I think it was

around that time that they did meet.

And they actually came up with the idea for the movie Hush together on a dinner date in 2014.

So the two of them actually wrote this story together. I don't think they were married yet.

They were dating. I think they actually got married the same year that this movie came out,

which would have been 2016. So they actually came up with

this idea together over a dinner date. And as they were kind of coming up with the scenes that

they wanted to include, they would act it out together before writing it to kind of see how it would

play out on screen and what they could do with it. So I love the partnership of that here. And I just love them as a couple. I think it's so

beautiful that they were able to come up with such an incredible story together. And then for

Kate Siegel to then star in it just makes it even fucking better. So without further ado,
