0:49.0	So we're just going to talk through some things that I look for in the men and women that are in my inner circle.

1:05.0	And I think Blake, the way this pertains to you is obviously you are in law enforcement for quite a few years.
1:13.0	And who are the men and women that you would want to respond to a call by your side, right?
1:22.0	When crap got hairy, who were the men and women that you wanted to show up?
1:28.0	And what are the characteristics? What are the traits of those people?
1:32.0	So this is interesting, you know, this is an interesting topic to me anyways.
