I've really wanted to talk about it for a while. So I'm going to introduce to you guys the amazing Dr. Lauren Mercklin. Welcome to the show.
0:50.0	Thank you so much for having me. I have been listening to your podcast for a while and it is so good. I was telling you before we hopped on that it is I listen to podcast but usually it's like

1:14.0	Oh good. Yeah, thank you. I try to like build on the episode so I feel like we're learning and we go down different avenues and

I have people that like start at the very beginning and that's oftentimes why when I reference things I'll reference the episode because I know that not everybody listens to it in order and they could be like wait a second I never heard that one pause go listen to it and then come back and be like okay now we're on them on the same page that I understand what they're talking about now.
