We are now stood in an old classic gold studio, feeling sad about the passing of time, which is something we do I reference in the show.

Yeah, although I was feeling sad, but now I'm excited because whoever uses this studio usually

has got a big box of Coca-pops and an even bigger can of Guinness and some spray disinfectant.

Yeah, some spray disinfectant in one of those sort of plant sprayer,

which I don't know what goes on in here that would require Cocoa Pops Guinness and disinfectant.

Sounds like some really bad sort of rock and roll anecdote.

We used to get the cocoa pops out, everyone would know.

It wasn't long until the Guinness would start flowing around.

Well, I mean, when you've been touring America for two years, you know, you're sort of...

I mean, when it comes to what you think is moral and ethically correct, it really changes.

And we would be doing gigs out in the arse of Arizona, sort of just cocoa pops everywhere.

And call us what you will, and depending on what paper you read, a lot has been said about us,

but we were always clean.

Disinfectant was always close to hand, so I don't want any of this nonsense being raked up about germs,

unclensed surfaces,

or cuts that weren't properly treated at the time?

Also, even than we were, you know,

sort of burning a candle at both ends,

we weren't anemic because of the huge amounts of Guinness we were thinking.
