actually had I think some of our most babe life experiences together so I figured when our And our paths and then hopefully we have a beautiful future ahead of us as well.

I'm scared, but I'm excited. Have you done a podcast before? No I haven't actually. I love. I've been doing some video production for my school so like having to do recording and just

getting used to the voices that come out of my face.

Mm-hmm. It's a real journey for sure. You're in the wellness industry. We have a holistic healing center in Long Beach called Sacred Roots holistic healing and that started about six years ago and I'm a massage therapist and yoga instructor and

wellness ambassador and we also have a school that is launching this year called

Panacea Holistic Institute and it's a vocational school for massage therapy.
