I saw that you had quite the weekend this past weekend. It was so much fun. Anytime I get a hangout with me

I am in Brandy Chastain. It's a good weekend. The three of us, Mia, myself and Brandy were getting honored for

this wonderful nonprofit called the Positive Coaching Alliance. So we all got to get together. It was great fun.

Mike Trico was kind enough to MC it for us. My family came up. My mom and dad came up. It was a puff.

Yeah, it was great fun. We get giggling on stage because I pretty much coughed up a hairball in the middle of Brandy's talking.

I wondered what that was. I saw on Twitter. There's a video where you and Mia were both laughing so hard you were crying.

What was that? And then you get, you know, you get to that point where you can't stop. And so it's you get shaking.

Like we used to get it. And so Brandy was like trying to continue on. And then two of us just started shaking.

And Mike was like seriously, I really would like to host the Olympics in 2020. Can you guys get it together and start making me look good?

I'm sorry, this is what happens when I get around these women. It was fun though. That's cool. And it was they raised a lot of money for this for positive coaching alliance, which is such a wonderful group.

So all good. All right, on to our guests. We have two for the price of one this week. And we're going to set the scene right now because this was our second live podcast.

And it took place at my alma mater, the fine institution of Stanford University. And it was for their gender and equity series that the wonderful Reverend Joanne Sanders and Patty Hanlon Baker are hosting there on campus.

So that's where we met up with Olympic champion swimmers Katie Ledecki and Simone manual. Now a little background on both Simone at 22 years old is a two years old.

Is a two time national champion with the mighty Stanford Cardinal. Two time Olympic gold medalist, two time silver medalist white gold. We call it. And all that from the Rio Games.

She was the first African American woman to win an individual gold in swimming at the Olympics were for sure going to talk about that. Of course, all right, Katie Ledecki is also a two time national champion with the mighty Cardinal.

She's a five time Olympic gold medalist. She won four of those at the Rio Olympics and a silver there as well. She holds about five thousand world records. I think that's about right.

And she too is only 22 years old. So get comfortable listening. It's Katie and Simone.
