positive self-talk. We're going to talk about what is positive self-talk, why it's important

in our day-to-day lives, and how we sometimes fall short and how that's really affecting

the outcomes of the things that we're doing. So positive self-talk, what is it? Obviously, it's talking to yourself positively,

but on a more internal level, positive self-talk is what you're saying in your mind when you look

at yourself in the mirror. When you put something on, it's like the thoughts

you think then. It's after you accomplish something or you don't accomplish something. It's the

things that you're thinking. It's all of the thoughts that go on in your mind, which is kind of scary

to think about that we're always thinking things and that we have control over these thoughts.

And I've mentioned this on my blog before that sometimes knowing we can create our reality

is scary because we become responsible for everything that we're doing and saying.

And so positive self-talk is the same.

It kind of becomes a scary thing where you're like,

oh, shit, I'm actually responsible for this and that just because of the way I'm talking to myself.
