We're 12 days after the election, and courts are closed today, so I wanted to do a deep dive on one thing.

President Trump tweeted the following this morning, quote,

He won because the election was rigged. No vote watchers or observers allowed.

privately owned company, Dominion, with a bad reputation and bum equipment. Now, I'm glad that

Donald Trump has finally acknowledged that Joe Biden won the election. The rest of the tweet is,

however, to use the technical legal doctrine, Looney Tunes.

Now, we've talked in the past about these Vote Watcher lawsuits and why they're going nowhere fast.

They've been debunked both on the facts and the law.

But I'm getting a lot of comments from you all about Dominion.

What is Dominion?

It's a company that makes hardware and software for our elections.

It's used in 28 states, I believe, including many places in which Trump is won. It's decentralized,

and voting is decentralized in America, and with every county running multiple tests,

etc. It's, of course, pretty hard for a fraud scheme like this to be perpetrated.

And look, it's really easy to take shots at Donald Trump for lying on Twitter. I mean, I think he

probably lies on Twitter more than he tells the truth. Remember, this is the guy who came to political

fame because in August 2012, he tweeted, quote, an extremely credible source

has called my office and told me that Barack Obama's birth certificate is a fraud. But look,

I want to take this on its own terms. And it faces, Trump's claim faces three big problems.
