Hello and welcome along to the rugby pod brought to you in proud partnership with Guinness

and we've got a pretty exciting competition running with them.

We're looking to give five rugby club bars across the UK a Guinness makeover.

So Guinness is going to come down to your club and give the bar a full once over.

All you need to do to enter is email diygns at the rugby pod.com with the name of your

club, a contact name, and number, and a photo of your clubhouse bar.

You'll also need to tweet us a photo of your team tagging in the rugby pod and at Guinness

GB and hashtag diygns.

Pretty simple stuff for a pretty awesome price.

When it's will be announced in November so get your entries into diygns at the rugby pod

and remember Guinness asks that you drink responsibly so please do not include any irresponsible

drinking in the entries.
