So Gone Girl is an interesting movie because it was the movie for the first video of the channel.

So it's kind of interesting revisiting it now and going back to it.

I kind of began with Gone Girl because I'm a huge Fincher fan. It had come out relatively

recently when I started the channel. So the channel began May or June of 2016. And when Gone

Girl came out, I was obsessed with it. I love crime films. I love mystery noir films. And so I'd

already read the screenplay.

And as I was trying to figure out, okay, what are some fun videos to talk about screenwriting from?

It was like, okay, I love this movie.
