This is pretty cool, in my opinion. You've heard the word joy before. I mean, everybody has. We know

kind of what it means. I never heard a definition

that's good. And it's so awesome because it's not based on circumstances. You can go through

horrible, unspeakable tragedies and still have joy. And that blows people away. It's hard to get

your head around because we're always like worst case scenario. There's no way I can handle this.
