Good morning.

I'm trying not to say hello seven times intentionally.

I also realize that that's very west coast of me to say good morning.

Good afternoon to those of you joining us anywhere but the Pacific Coast.

And abroad, it's great to see everyone. This is the most number of people we've ever had,

and it's of course no surprise. Today's a very, very special day. It is episode number 50,

yes, five zero of the Virtual Morning Report series. Reza, I forgot. Can you tell

us what time it is? I was waiting for you to ask me. It's 203 p.m. Eastern. You can tell I'm a

little nervous because I forgot to ask you the time like

two minutes ago. But it is a very, very special episode. And we'll talk about why in a moment.

But before we move on, I really wanted to pause and reflect and thank two groups of people.

The first group is the VMR team. And for those of you who don't know, Jack and Moses have been leading an incredible crew

of people that deal, that really set us up for success.

They put the listserv together, they put the Zoom meetings together,

and then more and more so they're doing stuff completely erogan on their own,

like the Student Morning Report.

And the team is led by Moses and Jack,

but a star-sided lineup of Dan, Steph, Anand, Anna, Smitha, and Priyanka,

and actually we have a couple of other people joining the team,

Elena and Alex, who you'll get to meet shortly.

So a special, special, special thank you to that entire crew of people without which this would literally be impossible, literally.
