You got that right. I am totally insane this week because I'm trying to get ready to leave for tour for the first

time in quite a while I'm going to be gone for like a month and a half so I got a lot of loose

ends I got to tie up this week and I'm trying to

jam in a bunch of interviews so I can keep the podcast going while I'm out on the road

that's been good I got some good ones in the can as a matter of fact in like a couple hours I'm going to go interview Cheryl Crow. Superstar Cheryl Crow. I'll get that up soon. I'll get that up soon.

Well that's assuming she shows up.

And I know she had a gig last night.

You know what else I did this week that I wanted to tell you about? I did one of those jam in the van sessions.

I don't know if you've ever seen that, but it's pretty cool. They have like this mobile home and you go and you play like a really short set you just play a few songs and we did that

and not food fighters but you know for my solo thing and it was really fun and because

of some scheduling misunderstandings on my part, we were supposed to go early in the day and then we wound up going last.

And my buddy Luke that plays with me usually on the drums, wasn't able to come because he had some other stuff

going on so I called up my old pal Milo that you may remember from the dead

peasants a few years ago and I sent him the songs he hadn't heard the album or anything and he
