someone that has done such incredible things within the Walt Disney company.

He is an official Walt Disney Imagineer. I am talking about Roland Crump, better

known to many of you as Rollie Crump.

I'm so excited to have Rollie on the show today and talk about his story from his humble beginning starting as an in-betweener

When he actually took less money because he really wanted to work with the Disney Company so badly

He actually took a pay cut half a salary from his other

job he was doing to work for the company and just a truly amazing story of pursuing

what you really want to do in your life and look how it's turned out for him after all these years.

Such an incredible story, such an artistic person with such such wonderful talents and

so honored to have him. It's amazing all the attractions he worked on the Honda Mansion,

small world, the Tiki room, and with no real formal training.

No real formal training just had a passion for art and took a leap of faith.

And it worked out pretty well for him, I'd have to say.

It's exactly the message I try to share with my kids, my family, just follow your passions and dreams.
