Oh, thank you, Chris, for having me. Oh, it's, I'm so excited. You know, it's doing this work, this podcast, you know, talking to people throughout the world. I'm going to be honest with you. I cannot put this book down. I read it in two nights. That is wonderful. I'm so glad to hear that. It's I literally, I was up the first night because I knew we were, were playing this interview and thank you for the free
