there's millions of companies this is a tough place to start you know we got to we got to do all of them, you know, maybe if you say, well, up the top 500, you know, the big ones that, you know, give me some time, I can bang out a report, but the best one actually is like, just the, I know you're not going to like this, man, but it's just a mom and pop tackle shop in Arkansas.

Oh, damn.

That's the number one company culture.

Kind of flies in the face of the small operators are bad. Yeah. Yeah, well, you know, I don't know. I feel like you have to have a minimum employee level. Otherwise, it's just the family, right? It's not really a culture. Yeah, it's a husband and wife team and they love each other at time.

It's an unbeatable company culture.
