ville because we've gotten what we've all been waiting for in fact almost it's

funny a year to the day almost I just over, between when the model three prototype was

unveiled to the world in Hawthorne, California to when it was first seen in the wild, testing out and about, in this case in Palo Alto

near Tesla's corporate headquarters across the bay from the Tesla factory in Fremont.

So we have and it is multiple release candidate sightings and we know that because

there were two different colors so don't know how many cars it is but it's at least two

for sure photographed over on different different times different days

multiple sightings and each time in Palo Alto,

it was with a different chase car.

One point it was photographed with a BMWM3,

and another time it was followed by an alphra ama julia if I'm

pronouncing that correctly so odds are they are that Tesla is benchmarking the driving dynamics of the car in some capacity,

comparing it to the competition, seeing how it feels, seeing what they might want to dial up or tune back, etc.

Now these cars, unlike the prototypes, had proper California State manufacturer-issued plates, two manufacturers, so they can use them on the

pre-production fleet of cars like this. It gave us our first good look at the brake lights, the final

versions of the brake lights presumably, since these are release candidates these cars are
