delicious eat it all and you can't have any. Today we are talking about bitter greens.

It's kind of a grown-up topic, don't you think?

I feel like, well, all those kids out there

who like our show. I don like our show I don't know I don't know how do you feel about bitter

greens kids I don't hear them talking about this part okay

yeah but I mean sometimes like we let our inner child come out on the show, yeah, sometimes.

But today I feel like, you know, we're bringing out the, it's spilled milk after milk after hours yeah we are eating all kinds of things

that I did not like until I was an adult yeah I don't think I would have

necessarily balked at these things as a kid but I don't remember them ever coming up.

Yeah, I remember thinking the words were weird like Radecio and Endive which my father

alternated between calling Endive and on-dieve. I was going to ask

you about that, like how do you say it? Yeah, I say Endive, what about you? I say Endive also.

And there's curly Endive. Oh, we'll get into this in a minute right yes

when we say bitter greens what greens are we talking about so the things that come

to mind first for me are Riddickio and Endive also known as

on d'Eve and for me those plus escrowel I cook pretty often. Although it's

it's funny I don't think of escrow as being bitter. It's certainly not bitter in its raw state. Do you think it is?

I think it is a little bit. I certainly prefer to eat it cooked and I think that does bring out the bitterness some I honestly I think if you

did a blind tasting of escrow and Riddicoo they are they taste almost the same

really I really think so I guess we should have done that have any around here did you cook
