Thank you very much indeed, as always, for being here.

I'm still suffering a little bit with whatever thing I picked up in Budapest or

on the way back from Budapest. My best guess, and I say this as somebody with zero medical

knowledge or experience or training or education, is that it's some kind of COVID variant or COVID related type thing because

it is not pleasant. It remains unpleasant, but it is slightly less unpleasant than it was

before. I can't say I'm better, but I'm definitely not as bad as I was. However, if at all possible, I recommend

you avoid this. Like, I know it's easier said than done. It's not like you're walking down

the street and there's a bunch of guys who are coming towards you who look like, you know,

there might be up to no good. So you cross the street to avoid them. It's not

quite like that. But if you can steer clear of this one, please, please do. Nevertheless,

we're here. We're hanging on in there. We're doing the blogs. We're doing the podcasts. We're

getting the stuff out to you as we wait in this part of the world for just a little bit of

summer to arrive. That would be nice. Looking out the window here and it's, uh, you know, it's pretty

grey. It's a little bit rainy. A bit more sun would be nice. A bit more heat would be nice. Some

vitamin D would be very much appreciated. So if universe, Mother Nature, whoever is out there,

if you would be so good as to give us just a little bit of that in Ireland, I'd be very,

very happy. I'd appreciate that a great deal. Anyway, wherever you are, I hope you're all right,

I hope you're doing okay. There is a
