republic i just want the republic countdown to be uh interesting question i was raised. What happens if we just don't ever go back? Like what happens if the government just never comes back online? Oh, like if the shutdown just is a shutdown? The shutdown is just like, yeah, they're just done with it. They're just like no more stuff. There's going to be a point. They have to like do something eventually, right? There's going to be a, because the services that they provide and the money they provide to so many people, there's no way you can just keep this going indefinitely. There will have to be a cave. There has to be. Because you can't, like there just can't be while we're done with that. We know. Yeah. At some point, so that's a good question. I think the answer, as far as I understand it, maybe I could be wrong, fucking write in. What is happening now is we are essentially operating on debt and credit. Yeah. So the government is still operating. Like pretty much every single person on the United States right now. Right, yeah. Because they're all operating on debt and credit to buy groceries. A thousand percent, right? Yeah. A thousand percent. Like, so we are not, we have not

passed a funding, we've not passed funding legislation. So the only thing that's happening right now

are what they consider essential services. And that's the only money that's sort of allowed to go

out during this time period.

But it's not sustainable.

Like it can't be sustained.

Even the military budget, like they had to pull.

Trump politically, of course, did not want the troops not to get paychecks.

That's happened in other shutdowns or the troops didn't get paychecks.
