Thank you very much indeed, as always, for being here. I hope you're ready that you've recharged your batteries during this interlull,

you've taken your vitamins, maybe even one of those green drinks that looks like polluted

pond water, but it comes from a powder that they tell you has got all the minerals and

electrolytes and recarbonates and bicarbonates and all that stuff that they tell you

is going to make you feel better.

But essentially you're just drinking a great big glass of sludge.

But if it makes you feel better, that's a good thing because we've got a lot ahead of us, a lot of football to play

in the next few weeks. And we're going to need all the sludge in our system that we can get.

I think it's going to be hectic. I think it's going to tax us mentally and physically, even if we're

not playing the games. We're going to go through some

shit together. But here we are. This is the start of it. This is the start of the run-in to what

will hopefully be a very successful denouement to our season. So let's see what the next few weeks

brings. Today on the show, we'll be looking back at

everything that happened in the interval and looking ahead to our game against Southampton

on Saturday evening as well as that. I'll be talking to Elliot from the Arsenal Vision podcast

about the April fundraiser, which many of you know about,

but we want to make this one bigger and better than ever.

So we'll talk to Elliot about what that fundraiser actually does via the Arsenal Foundation,

the club's own foundation, which does just such incredible work.

So we'll talk a little bit more about that.

I'll give you some more details about what Arsblog will be doing during the month of April as well, separate from supporting this incredible fundraiser. We try and do our own stuff as well, so I'll give you details on that a bit later on. But now let's get on with the show and let's talk interloles. let's talk F.A. Cup and a lot more.
