It's so funny how history repeats itself. You know, the old saying while

Rome burned, Nero fiddled? Hmm, funny how that has a ring today. It has to do with California.

You know, my audience, today's show is called The Left want you to live their way. The first part is no way. The second part is Gavin shows you the way.

And then part three is, do you have freedom of speech? Well, my audience, for now,

we do have freedom of speech, but they only are trying to tell you that what you have to say

isn't relevant. So we're going to prove them wrong today. On Friday's broadcast of HBO's real time, California Governor Gavin Newsom defended California

law allowing teachers to not tell parents about students changing their gender identity by stating that under the prior law,

a teacher would be fired if a teacher did not report or snitch on a kid talking about their

gender identity. Hmm, interesting. I just think that was wrong,

Gavin said. I think teachers should teach. I don't think they should be required to turn in kids.

Well, after Newsom criticized Democrats, host Bill Maher asked,

so what do you say to people who say, well, this sounds all very good, but, but Governor, you're the

poster boy for a lot of this stuff that I see today.

The Trump administration is they talked about, I don't know if this is true,

but they talked about the fact that California had a rule that schools cannot be required to notify parents if their kids in school have

changed their gender or their pronouns. Now, that's the kind of thing, even though it doesn't

affect a lot of people, what makes a lot of people go, well, you know what? That's the party without

common sense. Now, if that's your state, how are you? Are you, whoops? Newsome cut off Marr right in

mid-sentence and said,
