0:16.2	My name is Joel and I realized in preparing for today's show that not everyone maybe

0:23.6	Aside from being one of four children of Jones's aunt, I work for Life in the Trinity
0:30.5	Ministry and help produce the podcast and I guess I am quote unquote the producer and
0:37.2	the editor and I'm responsible for booking guests.
0:41.8	We've had a lot of each Andy Graham number on the show and we've only had three people
0:46.7	of color on the previous 86 episodes and that's completely my fault.
0:54.0	The way I looked at things was that it didn't matter if someone was black or white or
0:58.0	Hispanic or Asian.
1:00.1	It just didn't matter.
1:01.1	It was about what we were talking about and as I continue to grow and learn from people

1:11.9	I see now that it's my responsibility to have the intentionality of having more diversity

1:19.6	That is something that I'm going to correct immediately and today's guest, Jamie, wasn't
