Let me just start the show today by saying happy Memorial Day.

I think this is the first time I have ever remembered the holiday in advance, like when I'm recording this thing because I was recorded a few days

before you hear it and I always forget Thanksgiving and Christmas all that shit forget

it every time but this time I got it happy Memorial Day As a matter of fact I'm about to head up to Napa, California for the

Bottle Rock Festival. I'm a little bit nervous. We've had lots of Foo Fighter rehearsals because you know we're

going to headline Sunday night. Not very many Chris Shifflet rehearsals and it's

been a few weeks since we played a show. So I'm a little nervous about that but I'm sure it'll be great I've got a

couple gigs I'm gonna play in the VIP tent for the rich people and then I'm gonna play

on the minor family stage for the poor people for the people those are the people you

know I like playing festivals because that's when you you always get to hear new

bands and new music they're fun if you want to get ready for all your summer festivals,
