sit down with Dan Richard. He has a book called The Joy of Pizza. It's a little backwards on my camera. He is the owner of Razza, which is according to people who I have spoken to, some of the best pizza in the world. In the world. A shout

out also to Katie Parla, who he created this book with. I spoke with her on our Serious XM show,

what a joke, over on Netflix as a joke radio,

had a short interview with both of them.

She was in Rome and Dan was,

Dan was in New York or New Jersey.

And we had a great conversation,

but I knew there was gonna be more to talk about

because I am doo crazy as you know,

and I'd a lot more and I wanted all of you dear listeners who don't listen

to both shows to be introduced to Dan. This is a great book and as you know I

struggle with pizza. I've been trying to make it off and on not not I'll I'll admit it. I'm kind of a pizza quitter. I'll be into it. I'll give it a try and then it doesn't work and I'll give it a try and then it doesn't work and I get frustrated and I decide I'm never going to go back to it ever again.
