So they said it was an excessive amount and it's going to go, now the case is still against them. And they still said that it's fraud or whatever. But now they're going to make a decision based on, like, whether or not that was, you know, what what exact amount of money it's going to be

and i love the people who apologize for this to be like what the banks didn't care the banks you know

because they were saying he was fraught in the bank you're like dude it doesn't matter if you pay

money back it does not it's still fraud it's still you still lied on the fraud part like that's the

important piece yeah i love the because you it's, I might, on my right up to the studio, you were literally making this same point, you and Marsh, I was listening to No Rogan. Yeah. And you and Marsh were talking about Stefan Molyneux talking about this nonsense of, you know, hey, you know, the only time that anybody throws you in jail is if you don't pay your

taxes, the only debt you get thrown in for.
