I have lost about 147 pounds.

And with me today is Donald Weigel.

Hi, I am also one of your hosts and I've lost a little over 100 pounds. See, he's

lost just over 100 pounds. So I feel like I could take his three pounds that he's lost recently

and put them back on my 147 and go back to saying I've lost 150 pounds. Yeah, I'm back to my

pre-Hawaii weight. Yeah, I'm working my way back to you,

babe, and by babe, I mean 150 pounds. From my highest weight, I'm down about 103 total. Good. I like it.

Yeah. Anyway, hi. If we're being accurate here. You suddenly got really really accurate you said it was a laborious episode

and i want to deliver we are delivering on the promise i don't want false advertising

to this live on labor day yeah the plan if all goes well,

is to release this episode on Labor Day or very late Sunday night before Labor Day. Yeah.

And so it is Labor Day. How's it going, everyone? It's going great. Oh, I'm not everyone. But if you are not

in the U.S. Labor Day is a U.S. holiday. And in much of the world, at least in much of the world,

including America, maybe kids are going back to school. Summer is over.

And if you're in the Southern Hemisphere, I don't know, it's probably just beginning summer for you.

I don't know how that works.
