So let's begin with, from an American perspective, the biggest headline, which is President

Trump authorizing B-2 bombers to strike the Iranian nuclear facilities.

What was your reaction when you heard the news?

Well, I thought that when the president made that decision and those B-2 bombers flew from Missouri

all the way to the Middle East and to Iran and dropped those GBU 57 bunker busters

over Fordo, the secret enrichment facility that Iran had built into a mountain

near the city of Combe, as well as over Natanz, the main enrichment uranium enrichment facility,

and then some tomahawk missiles from submarines that were parked off the coast of Iran.

To me, it was a historic day because what it showed was finally there's a president

who, after so many who have promised over the years not to allow Iran to obtain a nuclear

weapon and had consistently and constantly taken that red line, we won't let them enrich
