a lot more about some of the relevant just kind of way things go in these cases than we did or

than anyone else i've seen comment on it um and i i still don't know where to fall on because i I, what you were saying, I'll let you say it in a second,

uh, it seemed to be that, you know, it kind of doesn't matter that much, uh, which side you

believe you still might lose. Um, but like, I, you know, I'm still very interested in the

question of which side is right.

And I don't know.

I think that I just have such a distaste and disrespect for both that it pains me to imagine either of them, like, winning this battle.

So I don't know, man.

But yeah, so what do you think about the case?

Well, the issue is that it's a 1983 retaliation case.

So the nephew would be the person in the protected class

who was discriminated against on the basis of sex when he,

you know, refused the advances of the, of, what's the guy's name? It's a weird name.
