0:30.5	today. I hope you're having a great day and enjoying your dog training experience. One thing that I
0:36.7	love about our community is we are one
0:38.9	another support. I hope you feel that. Whether you are taking what seems like 30,000 potty trips a
0:45.1	day or trying to figure out why your adolescent dog suddenly forgot how to sit, we are all in this
0:51.7	together. I know training the dog can have some struggles. It's true,
0:56.4	but let's keep in mind that there are plenty of good times. For example, when Baxter plops his
1:01.5	rear end in my lap and wants a belly rub, or watching him run free, his hair flowing, his tongue
1:06.7	out, chasing after his favorite toy. What about when my kids get home from school and he turns into
1:11.7	this wiggly wiggle butt is what we call him with a tongue hanging out in excitement. You can't help
1:16.7	but smile your way through life with a dog. They are super fun to have around and super exciting,
1:22.7	but also can be a lot of work I know. And in the early days of puppy training, it can be exhausting.
1:28.2	So hopefully you are enjoying the resources that we've provided you with and hopefully you're
1:32.9	feeling like part of a community. Today, I want to talk about something that over the course of
1:39.8	the past few years, I've coined as parenting styles for dogs. After coaching thousands of puppy parents,
1:46.2	things start to become very clear and I'm finding ways to really connect ideas with people.
1:51.8	This is one of those ideas. I have found the more I relate puppy training to parenting,
1:57.0	those who are parents seem to get it. Now don't get me wrong. I am in no way humanizing our puppies.
