California is projected to lose three seats, New York, two.

Also going to lose a seat, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Illinois, all blue states. Who's getting

these? Texas, Florida, Idaho, and Utah. I mean, this looks like game over. Now the Democrats
