I've had a whole handful of friends and loyal listeners reach out suggesting that we have today's guest, Alison Jackson, on the show.

And here we are. Allison Jackson, Canadian professional cyclist.

She gets to boast this fact every single day without even saying it as she rides, trains, and races in that standout Canadian National Champion jersey. Oh man, it is a

gooden. It's that classic white jersey with a big, bold red maple leaf front and center.

Not only that, she gets that jersey in two disciplines. She is Natty Champ in both the road race

and time trial. One heck of a feat to take those titles,

both in the same year. She's an Olympian as well, having represented Canada at the recent Tokyo Games.

Massive sixth place finish in a super tight World Championships road race last year. She won a world

tour race last year. Folks, this girl is on fire.

Now, she's got the chops on the bike, clearly. She is also something of a social media

We'll talk about Allison's upbringing, how she's found this sport coming from the unlikely
