What's up guys? So today on the podcast, we have John Bartolo. He's a friend that I met originally for his podcast. So he had me on his podcast back in I think it was like June, sometimes in the summer. And we had a good conversation. He's trained jitsu. He's also involved with firearms and things like that. And he trains with that stuff. And he does work with some of the guys that you probably know about, like, real world tactical.

are sponsored by charlotte's web again we're sponsored by them it's the stuff that use. You know, one of the things that Eugene and I have found recently is that people are starting to like throw stuff at us. It's like, hey, man, like sponsor us. We'll sponsor you. Like, let's put this stuff up there. And the one thing that, again, no matter what, I've always, I'm really, something that's super important to me is that, again, integrity. So again, I'm never going to throw stuff out here. It's not something I either believe in and something I don't use myself and I actually use the gummies that they have and I use the tinctures that they sell. And so again, if you want to try some CBD out and, you know, experience what everybody talks about as far as like, you know, different things like relief from aches and pains and even some, it's helpful with the sleep. I just uploaded a full seminar that includes the techniques and a little bit of the rolling on there for you guys that are patroners, patrons, patrons. Patrionites. Patrons. Patrioners. Patrioners. You know, because it would just be a patron normally, but Patreon. So patrons. Patrons. Patrons. They're patrons, I believe. Patrons. Patrons. Call them whatever, right? The patrons. Anyway. But if you want to get that extra content, you can check that out there. We have some stuff like that. some stretching videos that Eugene's put up with me and him showing some different stuff, some useful stuff, as well as we do some extra little bits on the podcast that don't get released. We just did one, did the, we did a one on active recovery, and that'll be up there soon. And so I give seven of my favorite active recovery tips that I think are useful if you're trying to recover from hard training. But at the same time, you don't, you're, maybe you're like me. You're kind of antsy and you don't want to just sit around all day and you want to get out there and do something. So some stuff that I've found helpful. So anyway, with that said, guys, I hope that you enjoy this podcast with John. and let's jump into the podcast.
