1:06.3	dollars. Now what I want you to do guys and gals is today we're going to talk about investor activity.
1:16.1	When you're out driving for dollars, you know you've got your
1:22.3	antenna on with your big W right here, your checking out houses, your looking for vacants,
1:28.4	your doing your neighborhood awareness, your looking for dumpsters, your looking for, you know,
1:34.7	all types of papers in the windows from the banks. You're looking for distressed properties,
1:39.8	your chasing late leads, probates, you know, investor activity houses. So we're just looking for
1:45.9	closures. We're just looking for investor activity. What's going on? People ask me a little time.
1:53.3	Where do I work in my market? I always say we'll go to the worst place of town,
1:59.2	what we call ground zero. Where if a bomb blew up? Nobody even know. Okay, start there. Well Bill,
2:07.4	I don't want to go over there. I totally understand. That's where you start and then you start working
2:14.0	your way out a couple blocks at a time in a circle. You just keep going on a little bit farther and
2:20.6	farther out. All of a sudden you'll start seeing a rehab. Now you're out there. You know,
2:29.2	you're in this circle. Maybe it's what we call a four by four, five by five, you know,
2:35.0	five block square where there's no activity at all when it comes to rehabs and investors,
2:41.4	anything at all. It's some very, very depressed areas. And what you're going to do is you're going
