One of the real ironies of this whole case is that it's actually almost potentially

worse for the government that they won this way, the D.C. Suriname.

If the government had just lost an exposed factor, then that would have killed all the legacy cases.

It would have meant you couldn't try Baluul, you couldn't try Hamdan,
