Hey, everybody, welcome to another edition of Breaking Bread with Tom Papa.

I am Tom Papa.

Thank you so much for being here at the table once again. We are roaring into the

holidays and I've got a good one for you today. A good friend of mine, Anthony Gillio, he is such a great guy and he's going to talk so eloquently about wine and

Italian food and is going to make you realize that food and wine is something to be celebrated and enjoyed

and not feared and and what's the word feared and tortured or tormented about when you don't know a part of it.

This is all about just joy and love and enjoying every aspect of it and he is such a great guy.

I, the backstory is, I met Anthony probably 20 years ago when I was through my cousin Jimmy. And my cousin Jimmy is this great guy and he just loves, he's one of my 21 cousins and big Italian family and he connected

with Anthony who was doing this wine event and is just, became fast friends I became friends with them and I haven't seen it but we kept tabs on each other as our careers were going going

through the through the rise and he would appear he became a

wine Somalier and he became his very funny and he became his great writer also and he would be like the food critic and these different magazines and he

wrote a lot for food and wine. He let me just read off some of the great stuff that he's done. He's written for

written for food and wine.

He's hosted all these creative events,

the Food and Wine Classic in Aspen, the Peble Beach,

Food and Wine in South Beach, New York Wine and Food Festivals.
