Honestly, the temperature is rising.

The stress is mounting.

We have a neighbor who has a very loud meeting in a couple of hours. So we need to get, we just need to,

can you hear the, am I, is that my, can you hear that? I'm sure that's really annoying to anyone

listening. We need to keep this briskly paced. And in doing so, we underprepared for this episode.

So we're just getting it out there. Sometimes we just, we just get it out there very prepared okay I'm a professional fine I came

to the microphone ready okay this morning I'm just gonna say it I'm usually the one who needs to be

in the mood to podcast but Donald this morning was not having the podcast yeah I'm good now though

he's fine I don't know I well yeah I'm good now he was not I when I when woke up, we went on our morning walk. We went on a six-mile walk this morning, everyone.

Yeah, must be nice. I wasn't feeling it. But by the end of the walk, I was into it because

Catherine talked me up. I had lots of coffee before we went on our walk, and I was full of excitement and you were not. So that's what coffee gets you.

That's not our product of the week.

That's just what keeps us going.
