On this episode of Nutzworld, on Tuesday, I testified in front of the House Judiciary Committee

for their hearing on judicial overreach and constitutional limits on the federal courts.

And I wanted to talk about the committee hearing, and Congressman Darrell Isis proposed bill,

the No Rogue rulings Act, which would limit the power of district judges to impose nationwide

injunctions, like the one from Judge James Bosberg, that barred the Trump administration

from using the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan illegal immigrants.
