Well, hello there, everybody. Welcome to the Women Inspiring Women podcast, and I am your host, Melanie Mitro, and I'm excited about being here with you guys today. It is cold and it's

snowy. It is like five degrees here in western Pennsylvania and I'm currently wrapped up in the

most comfortable blanket and my sparkly slippers right now recording this episode for you guys.

I'm so grateful for the fact that it doesn't matter where we are located, but we can all

come together and hang out on this podcast every single week.

And I can bring you some inspiration, some motivation. And today we're going to just do a little

more teaching. The overwhelming response to last week's podcast episode when I talked about
