How can this happen?

We are talking today about parallel presidency. I'm not using the hammer. I'm using a gavel.

And why is that? The gavel is telling you I would like your attention. Not for long,

for a very short time to describe to you.

The look at if we design a plan and then we go back after we have executed the plan,

and then we reflect on it, it's almost as if we are learning from hindsight.

Because what has happened before has given us a diagram of what we might expect in the future. The problem that we run across, using the gavel,

we don't learn from our mistakes, even if we do admit it. The first thing you have to do is admit that you made a mistake. Then after that,

you can figure out what you do about it. But if you never admit that you made a mistake,

that's parallel presidencies. I'm sure that all presidents look back on their time in the white office in the

White House. The white office, very Freudian. They can do no wrong when they're in the White

House, even if they're black.

Okay, let's take the race out of it.

It's an MOU. I'm surprised they use the of understanding. It's an M-O-U.

I'm surprised they use the word understanding,

and the reason that I say that is because there has been nothing but a lack of understanding
