0:38.0	really very counterproductive and we tried to say here's a better way of talking
0:41.6	about it and this week we want to tackle another one that is very
0:45.8	dangerous and it's the idea of unconditional respect. I actually talked about this in a
0:50.7	podcast back in October and then I ended up taking down that
0:53.9	podcast because I said something stupid in the beginning of that podcast so I want to
0:57.5	revisit it and actually spend a little bit more time on it today so I'm going
1:00.9	to dedicate an entire podcast to what was just once a small segment.
