Today's episode is episode 80 and the second and final episode covering the testimony of John

Ebersall, MD, who was the radiologist that night at

Bethesda. You can listen to part one of this two-part series related to Ebersol at episode 78.

Episode 79 was My Christmas Wish for You. I'm sorry that this episode 80 wasn't out earlier, but I suffered a massive

crash of one of my hard drives. It was more than a distraction over the last several days, and I'm

sorry to say that I lost a considerable amount of JFK assassination research material, material that

was set to be used on upcoming episodes. But I guess where there is a will,

there will be a way. The last five or six episodes on the autopsy have been all about the

x-rays and maybe really more than just that, really all about the people who were there and took

and interpreted those x-rays,

and what they really saw, and what they really concluded, and said about what happened,

and finally, what they really knew about the goings-on that night. Between Gerald Custer and

John Ebersaw, well, it's been a lot to take in. At the very end of episode 78, you heard a bombshell.

John Ebersaw was faced with a seminal question of this whole conspiracy.

Any forensic conclusion that a shot came from somewhere other than above and behind the president

would mean a second gunman, and thus a conspiracy.

So, on the basis of the radiology exams, he was asked point-blank under oath at the H.SCA hearings

as to whether Ebersaw had an opinion on the point of entrance of that fatal shot or shots.

Was the point of entrance on the head somewhere on the back of the head, or was it somewhere else,
