It's a practice focusing on the ground of being. This is a concept. This is an experience, a territory

that comes up throughout the world's traditions.

And it's paradoxical in that the ground of being is both the very beginning and the very culmination of our journey.

So I'd invite you to just settle in to whatever you're doing or not doing. You can do

this meditation in stillness with eyes closed, in motion with eyes open, whatever works for you

today. The I'm . Take this moment to really just gather awareness in the immediacy of experience.

Just appreciate that you are alive, sensitive, naturally, effortlessly present in this moment. What a gift to just be awake and alive. I have an intention for the time being to just let thoughts be in the background of awareness.
